Parking Building Epoxy flooring work

The Semen Gebeya G/tr/Sh/Co. has Parking building under its ownership of Sheguer Mole market center Block C In Addis Ababa, Gulele sub-city and has planned Building to finish the parking floors with Epoxy flooring as per the prepared specification. Therefore, the Client now invites all Epoxy flooring Material Suppliers and finishing work contracting firms terms with valid licenses, registrations and certificates as appropriate to submit their offers for a finishing work bid.

1. Interested bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding

documents from SHEGER ER MALL Semen G/Tr/sh/Co Management office 4^th Floor during working hour starting from publication date of this bid advertisement  in a newspaper and up on payment of nonrefundable fee of 200 ETB (Two Hundred Birr only) to participate in the Epoxy flooring finishing work must show its interest by submitting an expression letter of interest together with necessary documents.

2. Bidden who have Interest to participate in the bid shall have.

a) Copies of trade Licenses, Main Registration, professional License (Competency Certificate), VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate, Evidence of Registration as a supplier by the bublic procurement Agency and Tax Clearance Certificate

b)  Brochures. Company Profiles, Company Organization, power of attorney, etc).

c) Project Completion Certificates, etc. which would illustrate the Firm's experience and capability on Epoxy flooring work projects: Copies of Financial Statements to indicate the Firm's Annual Turnover for the past Three Years:

Bidder's technical proposal may be prepared at the bidder's convenience, their financial proposal should be as per the prepared specification and must be submitted at the address below before 10:00 pm From February 14/2024 up to February 28/2024; Bids must be accompanied by a bid security: ETB 50,000.00 (ETB Fifty Thousand Birr only) in CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.

4. The Client will examine the submitted documents and short list the prospective firms for the services. Semen Gebeya G/Tr/Sh/Co. will issue non payable/free bidding document and/or specifications to the prospective firms.

5. Bidders will be requested to offer one original and one copy of their technical and financial proposals separately sealed in different envelops showing clearly the technical/ financial copy and the original copy. All sealed envelopes must be wax sealed in one bigger envelop.

6. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day as the dead line for bid submission (February 28/ 2024) at 10:30 AM at Semen Gebeya G/Tr/Sh/Co. office in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who wish to attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted

7. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
