Love in Action Ethiopia (LIAE) is a civil society organization (CSO) founded in 2001 with the view to serving the poorest, underserved, most vulnerable, most at risk, and marginalized segments of the population, including children, youth and women through different developmental interventions focusing on health, education and capacity development programs among others. The organization currently partnering with several donors in order to implement different project and organizational objectives.

In relation to this, LIAE is inviting one duly registered and qualified auditor to conduct the entity's annual audit with IPSAS Conversion for the fiscal year of January 1, 2023 till December, 31, 2023 (or possibly for the next three years). Bidders must note the following requisites for application;

1. Be rated as Grade A or Grade B by the Auditor General and are requested to submit professional competency, tax and legalization related licenses, and IPSAS Certification.

2. Term of Reference (TOR) must be collected from LIAE from February 12, 2024 till February 16, 2024 via email.

3. Wax Sealed envelope of the bidding document must be put into the bid box ready for this purpose on or before February, 23, 2024 submitted at LIA-E Head Office located Yeka Sub city, Woreda 13 on the Road from Summit Roundabout to Abem Hotel left to America Medical Center 400 Meters.

4. The bid document will be opened on the presence of bidders or their legal delegates on February, 26, 2024

5. Love in Action Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially.

6. Late Submission is fully rejected.
