1. Oromia Police College has funds within the Government budget to be used for the Procurement of different types of Crime Investigation Equipment's, 5 Machines & Ambulance with full accessories.

2. The Oromia Police College (OPC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Crime Investigation Equipment's Machines & Ambulance with full accessories.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders from Eligible Source Countries

4 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Police College and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in the morning from 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday (up to 12:30 AM in the morning)

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (three hundred birr), The method of payment will be Cash on site.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before March 07, 2024 at 2:00 P.M in the afternoon, Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected.

7. Lots must be accompanied by a Bad Security an amount of the above in Ethiopian birr (ETB).

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below At March 07, 2024 at 2:30 PM in the afternoon

9. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all or Partial of the bid at any time prior to contract award,

without incurring any liability to bidders
