Invitation for Bid (IFB)

The Shasbemene City Finance Office having legal address at

1. The Shashemene City Finance Office new invites was sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Purchase of Sony Screen and installation (led outdoor display screen)

2. The delivery period is 30 Calendar days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Shashemene City Municipality, Infrastructure Department Ground floor and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from the Office in Working hours.

5. Qualifications requirements include: Renewed Certificate of License for electronics suppliers for the current Ethiopian budget year, Valid Tax clearance Certificate and VAT and all legal documents for electronics supplying. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

6. Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee 500 (Five hundred). The method of payment will be in cash appearing in person.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below until the 15^th (Calendar days) 4:00 am starting from invitation of the bid posted on newspaper. Late bids will be rejected.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representative who choose to attend in person at the address below at 4:30 am on the 15^th (Calendar day) from invitation of the bid posted on newspaper.

9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security of 50,000 ETB (Fifty thousand)

10. The Shashemene City Finance Office reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders The address referred to above is
