INVITATION FOR BID

Selam Children's Village is seeking qualified bidders who have the ability to conduct assessments, provide capacity building trainings, offer professional psychosocial support to children, and train staff to deliver high-quality services.

INTERESTED APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO FULFILL THE FOLLOWING:-

• The Consultant should be a registered under Ethiopian law;
• Must have extensive experience in assessment, training and psychosocial support to the needy
• At least 6 years of experience in doing such kind professional service
• Must provide renewed certificate of professional competence from relevant government office:
• VAT registration certificate, trade license renewed for the year 2014 (EC) and tax payer registration certificate (TIN):
• Five (3 to 5) contacts for references from similar organizations for which the offeror has successfully performed similar task. Presenting more than 3 references is an advantage.
• Bidders can collect the bid document (TOR) from Selam Children's Village 1(Near Hillside School or Civil Service University starting from February 12, 2024, at 8:30 am
• Interested and qualified consultants are required to submit their Technical & Financial Proposals on two sealed envelopes in to the address stated below within 07 working days from the first day of this announcement.
• Final date of bid documents submission will be September 22. 2024 at 3:30PM.
• The bidder is responsible for payment of all taxes and duties payable to the Government.
• Selam Children's Village has the right to cancel all or part of the bid.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

A Master's degree in counseling psychology, as stipulated in the list of required qualifications, in addition to a minimum of five years of counseling experience, is a prerequisite.

A team comprising experts in counseling psychology, clinical psychology. special needs professionals, therapists, psychiatrists, and other relevant individuals will collaborate to accomplish the assignment, ensuring effective coordination among them. The team or individual must possess significant experience and specialization aligned with the objectives specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
