Ethiopian Catholic Church social & Developent commission Branch office of Harar (ECC-SDBOH) has received grant from AFSA project for Constriction of Vet. Clinic in Meta, Babile and Midhega Tola woredas of East Harange Zone. FCC-SDCBOH now invites any eligible bidder for construction of Vet Clinic in three (3) Woredas.
Bid Requirements:
License: Bidders must hold a GC-8, BC-8 and license, renewed for the current year (2016 E.C).
Experience: Bidders should have a minimum of two (2) years of construction work experience.

Bid Document Availability: The bid documents can be obtained from the Dire Dire Dawa ECC SOCROH office for ten (10) working days, starting from the date of this bid announcement in the Notice Newspaper. Documents can be collected during official working hours and days.
Submission Deadline: All bids should be submitted within ten (10) working days from the announcement date on the Notice in the newspaper, starting from 8:30 to 9:30am, and closing at 9:30 am.
Bid security: Bidders shall provide a bid security of 10,000.00 (ten thousand) ETB in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO only from a licensed banking institution in Ethiopia.
Document submission: Bidders should submit one original technical document, one original financial document, and two copies of technical and financial documents, sealed with wax and signed.
Purchase Limitation: Bidders can purchase the entire bid document but are eligible to win only one project.
Bid Opening: The bid opening will take place on the same day at 10:00 am at Dire Dewa ECC.SDCBOH office. If the opening day coincides with a holiday, the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time
Bidders or their legal representative should attend the bid opening. The bid will proceed at the specified time and date irrespective of their presence.
Right to Accept/Reject: The office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, with no obligation to provide reasons for the decision.
