INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) IFB NO:- Bore/KfW-SLM-IV/NCB/WMAB/12/2024
Oromia Region Guji Zone Bore Woreda Agriculture Office
To: All contractors of category WWC-6 and GC-6 and above with renewed license valid for 2016 EC fiscal year and eligibilities of Trade/Business License, Valid Tax clearance, TIN registration certificate, VAT registration certificate.
1. Oromia Region Guji Zone Bore Woreda Agriculture office has secured a budget from the KfW-SLM-IV for the construction of Melka Lema small-scale irrigation project for the local community.
2. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate and submit sealed technical and financial proposals with original and copy as further clarified in the bidding document for the execution and completion of the following scheme.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and are open to all eligible bidders.
4. A complete set of bidding documents can be collected from Bore Woreda Finance Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two hundred only) at Woreda Revenue Authority Office in cash only.
5 All bids must be delivered to the address below starting from the date stated or noticed on Ethiopian Herald on 04/03/2024 before 10:00 A.M in the Morning. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened on the same date at the presence of the bidders/bidders’ representatives at Bore Woreda Finance Office, room No. 1 on 04/03/2024 at 10:30 A.M in the Morning.
7. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid closing and bid security shall be valid for 120 days after bid opening.
8. A bid must be accompanied by a bid security amount indicated in above table in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee only.
9. Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way
10. Bore Woreda finance office has reserved the right to partially or fully accept or reject the bid at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to bidders.
