1. The Ethiopia Government has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Urban productive safety Net and jobs project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of Safety Materials.
2. The Adama City Administration Finance office now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:-

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the world Bank’s “procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by world Bank Borrowers (“procurement Regulation”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Adama City Administration Finance office Around Ethiopia Electric far side 200m in front of Adama city Administration office Department of procurement property administration and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (local time) at the address given below
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 200 birr.The method of payment will be cash. The document will be sent by /delivered/ on hand.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 27/02/2024 2:00 PM (Local Time) and will be opened the same day at 2:30PM (Local Time) on Announcement of the Ethiopia Herald. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted Late Bids will be rejected Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses at the address below street address at the end of this invitation and also bidders should submit sealed bid documents containing one original and one copy.
