The Ethiopia Government has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Urban productive safety Net and Job project, and intend to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of construction/Industrial Materials lot 1 and Finishing construction Materials lot 2

1. The Adama City Administration Finance and Economic cooperation office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

2. Bidding will be conducted through the REQ procedures as specified in the world Bank’s Guidelines: procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting services under IBRED Loans and IDAS Credits & Grants by world Bank Borrowers
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Adama City Administration Finance and economic cooperation office Around Ethiopian Electric far side 200m Department of procurement and property administration and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:30AM 5:30PM (local time) at the address given below.
4. Bids must be delivered to address below on or before 07/02/2024 at 2:00PM and will be opened the same day at 2:30PM on 11te calendar Days from the Announcement of the Ethiopia Herald. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representative and anyone who choose to attend at the address below street address at the end of this invitation and also bidders should submit sealed bid documents containing one original and one copy.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid security” CPO issued by a Bank birr 20,000 /Twenty thousand birr only/ from a reputable Bank prepared in the name of Adama City Administration Finance office.
