ETHIOPIAN CONSTRUCTION WORKS CORPRORATION GEOSYN-THETICS INDUSTRIAL WORKS PLC (G.I.W) is a manufacture of Geomembrance (plastic sheet), PVC-u pipe,HDPE pipes, and Irrigation and Drainage pies want to procure the under mentioned raw material. And hence the company invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of raw material as per the under tabulated material specification.

1. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders, upon presentation of copies of renewed trade license, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificates, suppliers’ registration certificate upon payment of a non-refundable of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred including VAT).
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of ECWCGIW procurement department office located at kality near Mame Steel Factory in the compound of Ethiopian Works Corporation, during normal working house.
3. Bids must be delivered in person to ECWCGIW in WAX-Sealed envelope as per the following schedules, and will be opened in the conference hall of ECWCGIW.
4. Bid closing date shall be on 15^th Ethiopian calendar day since the announcement Made on The Ethiopian herald newspaper. If this day is a holiday the date of closing will be on the Next working day Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal Representatives who choose to attend at ECWCGIW Conference hall at 10:30 AM on 15^th Ethiopian calendar day since the announcement made on Ethiopian Herald. If his day is a holiday the date of opening will be on the working day.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security birr 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) of the bid bond for each item in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O or certified check enclosed in the technical bid document
6. The winner is expected to submit 10% performance bond
7. The winner must submit certificate of analysis of the raw material.
8. The ECWCGIW reserves the right to accept or reject partial or all bids.
