RESPONSIBLE AND INNOBATIVE Land Administration project (REILA) II procurement for printing of PLA and GESI Guide for SLLC

1. Responsible and innovative Land Administration (REILA) project in Ethiopia is a development project between the Government of Finland and Ethiopia. The overall aim of the project is to strengthen the land rights of smallholder farmers in Ethiopia, by improving land registration procedures, provide capacity building for land administration professionals, and producing maps of land parcel boundaries
2. REILA project now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to procure printing services for GESL and PLA Training Manual for SLLC.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible sources.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the REILA project and inspect the Bidding documents at the address given below during working days from 9:00 AM and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
5. Qualification requirements include provision of documentary evidence showing technical and financial capacity as well as relevant experience of the bidder from reputable institution as specified in the bidding documents. Additional details are provided in the bidding document.
6. Bidders should provide Technical and financial documents separately. These envelopes containing the original and the copies shall then be enclosed in one single envelope.
7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language available for interested bidders to the address below.
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 AM on 29 January 2024 Late bids will be rejected Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:30 AM on 29 January 2024
9. REILA project has right to cancel the bid totally or partially, if the project gets better way of obtaining the required services.
