The Ethiopian Construction Design and supervision Works corporation (ECDSWC)

Invite interested bidders to participate in the tender for supply and delivery of different Surveying equipment & accessories.

1. Bidding will conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) specified in the procurement Directive of the ECDSWC, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
2. Eligible documents are: Renewed trade license for the current year, valid tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, Tax payer Identification Certificate (TIN) and registration certificate.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from procurement Team Leader, Block 1, Floor 4, Corporate Service office –ECDSWC and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM 4:00 PM, on Friday 8:00AM and 1:30PM to 12:30PM and 1:30 PM 4:00 PM, on Friday 8:00AM to 11:30AM and 1:30PM-4:00PM.
4. A Complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Birr) starting from the announcement floated on the newspaper.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of:

In the form of cahier’s payment order CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee letter from local bank and must be addressed to “ in separate envelope, and be delivered to the address below on or be for 10:00 AM on Feb 13, 2024. Bid security in the form of insurance bound and letter of shall not be accepted.

6. Bids will be opened on Feb 13,2024 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders’ representative, who choose to attend; at the address below. Electronic bidding will not be permitted Late bids will be rejected
7. Bidders shall be required to submit:

1. Sealed Technical proposal including Bid security: one original and one copy; and also
2. Sealed Financial proposal: one original and one copy

8. The ECDSWC reserve the right to reject all or parts of the bid
