INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID On consultancy service for implementations of IFRS BID NO :NCB/BTSC/Consult/01/2024

1. Buluko Textile Share Company (BTSC) invites wax sealed bids from all interested registered and eligible bidders for consultancy service on Implementation of IFRS systems.
2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) specified in the public procurement proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the procurement Directive of the BTSC, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from procurement and property Administration Department 3^rd floor BTSC head office located at Sheger city, Furi sub city, Alemgena town and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office hours (Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM -12:30 PM, 1:30PM; 1:30PM-4:30PM and Friday 8:30AM-11:30AM; and 1:30 AM; and 1:30AM and 1:30 PM -4:30PM
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00(two hundred only) starting from the date of announcement on the Newspaper. The method of payment will be in cash or through bank deposit in siinqee bank A/C on 1049321951220 and commercial Bank of Ethiopia A/C No. 1000561101993 the document will be sent by hand delivery procedure.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security an amount with Birr 10,000.00(Ten thousands only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Band Guarantee addressed to “Buluko Textile share Company” in separate envelope and be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00AM on January 31,2024 Bid security in the form of insurance bond shall not be accepted.
6. Bids will be opened January 31,2024 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders, representative or who choose to attend; at the address below. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be reject.
7. Bidders shall be required to submit:

1. Sealed Technical proposal including eligibility documents (mandatory documentary evidence): one original and one copy;
2. Seled Financial proposal: one original and one copy; and also
3. CPO or Unconditional Band Guarantee

8 BTSC reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid without the giving any reason thereof
