Invitation for Bidders (IFRB) Tender No 001/2023
- BG Mining development organization would like to invite those interested and eligible bidders for the supply of Excavator machine with all accessories
- The bidders shall submit copy of Registration Certificate, Renewed Trade license for the year, registered for VAT and TIN, and Tax clearance certificate for the supply of the items described above.
- Bidders must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 2% of the total price in Ethiopian birr in the form of CPO or bank guarantee from a domestic reputable Bank sealed in separate envelope or together with the technical part
- The bid document shall be submitted in to two separate envelops
A. Technical proposal envelope one original and one copy.
B. Financial proposal envelope one original and one copy.

Bidders shall be delivered bid documentts to in Federal water and Energy Minsister Bureau. After 15 working days without Sunday before 4:00/local time.
6. Bid shall be opened 16th at 4:30 Local time if the day is holiday proceed next day at 4:30 Local time/ at Addis Ababa in Federal Water and Energy Minister Bureau.
7. The Financial part of the Bid will opened in the presence of bidders or bidder's representative who choose to attend on after 5 days of bid opened.
8. The bid document price is 200 birr it is non-Returnable.
9. The selected bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of BG Mining development organitation
10. The BG Mining development organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
