1. The Centre for Victims of Torture /CVT/ now invites seald bids from eligible and qualifed Bidders to submit their technical and finacial offers for the Supply and Delivery of,

2. Bidding will conducted in accordance with open tendering procedures  contained in the public  procurement Procedures contained in the Public Procurment Proclamation of the Goverment of the Federal Dedmocratics  Republeic of Ethhiopia Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible socurece.

3. Bidders can collect the Sepecation of the Laptop from our  office address located below.

4. Bids must be delivered to the adderss below at the or befor  2:00 PM oCTOBER 13:2023 Elctronic bidding will not be permitted late bids will be rejected

5. Bids will be opend in the presence of the bidders'representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 3:00 PM October 13,2023.

6. All Bids must be accopanied  by a bid securty in the amount of Ethiopian Birr 20,000.00 /Twenty Thousend/ or equivalent amunt in a freely convertible currency.

7. 7 No one allowd to duplicated or transfer the specifcation of the laptop that she/he collected to participate under this invitation Legally authorazed agents shall collect the specifcation of the laptop from our office located below.

8.Bidder should submit  a copy of renwed Trade Licence VAT  registeration certeficat vaild tax clearance  certefcat of registration from public procurement agency and TIN certificate

9. After recept of bids CVT reserves the right to request any affitional nformation of seek clarifications from the bidders to ascertain responsiveness of bids received.

10 The purchased reserves the right to treject any or all bids
