1. The Ethiopia Red Cross Society /WRCS/ invites sealed bid form eligible qulified bidders for Supply of Non Food items /NFI/ listed below.

2. Intersted eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document against a non-refundable payment of ETB 1-- /Hundred Birr/ form ERCS Logistics Department Procurment Division First floor office No 25 which located around Stadium  Addis Ababa .

3. Biddrs shall present copy of their renwed tende license for the year 2015 E.C registration certificate Tax identification & VAT Registration Certificates and other necessary documents.

4. All tenders must be submmitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society alonf with a bid security /Bid Bond in acceptable forms CPO only spacifid in the bidding data sheet amount 2% of the bid offer in the bidding data sheet amounting 2% of the bid offer on separate envelop the bid securty shall be valied for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.

5. FINACIAL OFFER shall be produce in separate seald envelops labelled as ORIGINAL and COPY TECHNIVAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third seald envelope clearly labelled as TECHINCAL OFFER The four envelopes including theCPO shall then be sealed in and signed outer envelope addressed mentioned below.

6. Bidders shall submit sample for each items or befor the closing date.

7.Bid will be closed August 04,2023 at 2:00 pm and will be opend on the same date at 2:30pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorixed represence of those biddersor this outhorazwe represence of those bidders or thir outhorized representativees eho are willing to attend the event at ERCS Conference Room Addis Ababa:

8. Bidders are adivised to read bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requsted in the bidding document.

9. Failure to comply with the conditions from No 2to 8 above may result in an automatic rejection.

10 The Ethiopia Red Cross Society reserves the reght to  reject sny bid and to annul the  bidding process at any time prior tp contract award without  thereeby incrring any liabillity to Bidders.
