2. The bid shall be submitted in two separate envelops 1 Technical envelop 2 Finacial envelop One orginal  and one copy each.

The bid must be accompanied by a bid securty of Birr 200,000.00 /Birr Two Hundered Thousend/ in the form of uncindtional bank gurantee Uncondtional insurance gurantee and certificated payment oreder /C.P.O/ or cash The bid Securty shall be valid for at least 120 days & should be in a separate envelop submitted in the tender box togather with the bid documents.

4. The winner contracter shall furnish 10% of the contract amount as performance securty within 15 days of the contract signing date.

5 All eligibilty certificates should be found in the original technical envelop .

6. The bid must be deposited in the temder box prepared for this purpose at or befor 2:00 P.M and shall be opend at 2:30 P.M on July 20,2023 G.C IN the presence of bidders and/or their offical representatives who wish to attend.

7. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or whollly
