4.. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evialuation and award shall be detemined in accordance with the provisions indicate in the bidding document The bidding document is prepated English language.

5.. Intersed bidders shall submit the following evidence.

  i. Trading License renwed for 2015 E.C AND

ii. Tax Clearance Certificate indcting the bidder is allowable to particpate in any public tender.

iii Vat Registeration certificat and 

iv Registration certeficate as supplier from the mandated public body.

6. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box availbel at the office of the FOring Procurement Team befor the closing date and time on July 25,2023 at 10:00 A.M
