2. Bidding will be conducteed in accordance with the open tendering pro ccedurs contained in the Directives of the Bank and othe Relevant  Laws of the country and is open to all eligible bidders.

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtaind from Procurement Division af Awash Bank located at Awash Bank S.C. HQ Bulding 12th floor upon producing receipt of non- refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundered/by depositing in Account Numeber 01540000544500 at AWASH BANK BRANCH during office hours /Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-10:00PM 1:00PM-4;30PM and Satuday 8:00 AM-12:00/ UPON Presentation of copy of renwed Trade license Certifiate of registration Tax Cliarance certification VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate for local bidders.

6. Lasr Due date for recipt of queres through Letter /Fax/ E-mail From the bidders /recipients of the tender documents on or before JULAY 15,2023.

7. The BankRelease clarification /if any/ on or befor July 20,2023 .

8. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or befor July 27,2023,200 PM in the above mentioned address.

9. Bid opning shall be held at the office of Procurement and Supplies Management Directrorate on the above mentioned address in the presence of bidders and/or therir representatives who wish to attend on July 27,2023 at 2:30PM.
