2. The Ministry of Agricultural now invites seald bids from eligible bidders for the following goods

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures shall follow the Open and Competitve Bidding procedure set fortyh in the Ethiopia Federsl Govemment and Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation No. 649/2009 and Federal public Procurement Directive issued by the MoF dated June 10,2010 Provided thet such procedure shall be subject to the provisions of the Procurement Regulatios' for Procurement of Goods Works, and Non Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borroweres July 1,2016 /updated on Noember 2020/ /Procurement Regulations /and is open to all eligible as defined in the Procurement Guidelines
