2. Whereas a supplier wishes to participate for this bid but not yet registred in the suppliers list may apply to the relevant authorty for rgistration.

3. The bidding document may be purchased by interested suppliers from the office of local Pro curement Team aganst payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 /birr Four hundred/

4. This invition for bid is opend to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bidders the document The bidding document is prepared in English lanuguage.

5. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidnce.

i/TradingLicense renwed for 2015 E.C and.

ii/Tax Xlerance Certificateindicting the bidders is allowable toparticipate in any public tender.

iii/ Vat Registrationcertificate and

iv/ Registration certificate as supplier from manated public body.

6. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box available at the office of the Foreing Procurment Team befor the closing date and time on July 03/2023at 10:00AM. Bids will be opend on July 03/2023 at 10:30 AM in the Ethiopian Constraction Works Corporation Procurement Departement Conference Room in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
