2. Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renwed relvant Trade License for the Ethiopia fiscal Bidders are required to prsent relevent Terd Licens for the Ethiopia fiscal year VAT Registration Certifcate together with their offer. and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate togather with their offer.

3. Bidding document should be prepared in English language.

4. Interested Potential Bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the office of Procurement Department against paymemnt of non refundable fee of Birr 300.00 upon presentation of Trad Licnse renwed for the fiscal year.

5.This invitation of bid is opend to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in bidding document.

6. The deadline for bid Submission shall be on June 28,2023 At 08:00 (Local Time)

7.. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security of an amount of Birr 300,000.00 ETB/Three hundred thoused/ in the form ofcertfied xheque /CPO/ or Bank guarantee Bid  Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.

8. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement Departement on June 28,2028 at 8:30/Local Time/ in Ethiopia Constraction Work Corporation Procurement Department conference room in the presence of Bidders and/or theit representatives who choose to attend.
