1.  Awash Bank oinvites seald bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Intallation of Light Boxes with a timer as perthe brand manual of the Bank for new Branches to be opend in 2023/24 buget year.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures  contained in the Direcctves of the Bank and othe Relevant Laws of the country and is open to alal eligible bidders.

3. A completes set of bidding documents  in English shall be obtained at Awash HQ Building 12th floor upon producing recipt of nonrefundable fee o Birr 200.00 /Two hundred/by depodsiting in Account Number 01540000544500 at any Awash International Bank S.C Branch during office hours /Monday to Friday  8;00AM -12:00PM 1;00PM -4:30 PM and Saturday 8;00AM-12:00AM / starting from Jun 05,2023 upon Presentation of copy of renwed Trade license Cereitficate of registeration Tax Clearance certification VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate.

4. Eligible bidders may submit their bids in the bidding document sent to them in their own names only The bids must be accompanied by a bid Bond of birr 200,000.00 /Two hundred thousend bir only/ in the form of uncondtional and irrevocable Bank Gurantee from othr banks or Cashier's Payment  Order /CPO/ .

5.Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prpared for this purpose on or befor June 21,2023 at 10:00 AM in the above mentioned address.

6. Bid opeing shall be heled at the office of procurement & Supplies Management Directoratr of Awash Bank located at Awash Bank HQ Building 12th floor at the presence of Bidders or representatives who wish to attend on June 21,2023 at 10:30 AM.

8. Feilure to comply any of the condtitions from item 2 to 5 above ahall entail automatice rejection.

9. The bank resrves the  right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
