The desiging renvation and consraction work taks place at the 7th floor training venue which is 5:20 by 12:40 Meters and at the graound floor library the scope of the working

1 Interior /sealing work wall floor /wood tilles/ curtains lighting.../

2. Sound system.

3. Soundproofing

4. Installition and maintenance of electric system and intenet connections.

5. LCD projector suspension

6. Purchase and installation of 1,500 litters round upright water tank.

7. Washroom maintenace /hand wash basin and flsh tub/

• befor submitting technical and finacial proposalasbedders are required to visit the teraining venue and atted the presentation by ECCSA. During the visition of the training venue bidders are reqired tio take all the necessary information and measuremrnts The visitation will take place only on Monday, June 12th,2023 at 10AM at ECCSA building Mexico square 7th floor office number 706.
• Bidders must obtain terms of reference from ECCSA 's building office number 5 from June 20,2023 only.
• Technical and financial proposals along with a 2% of the total cost CPO prepsred by the name of Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations should be submitted separately  in sealed envelop. The last submissin date will be June 20,2023
• Those bidders who have qulified the preliminary asessment /document and legal/ will be requested to present their supported by graphics designs pictures and videos. ECCSA will call qualified bidders and set schedule for the presentation the presentation will serve as one element of measuring the techinical qualification of bidders.
• Winner will be announced on ECCSA notice board on June 22,2023.

Bidder Qualificatcation

• Bidders should have license in areas of designing renvation and construction
• At least 5year of work experience
• Must attend the preliminary meting with ECCSA
