Harari people National Regional state has allocated budget twards the cost of different roads constraction projects and intends to apply part of this buget to paymnet for the under listed projrct Name of projects location length in KM. amount of bid security Minimum Annual construction turn over /ACT/and the total period of construction including the requird mobilization time for Each protect is indcated in the following tables.

1. 2. Harari Transport and Roads Development Bureau now invites eligibel bidders to submit sealds for provising the necessary labor Material and equipment for construction work of the above projects.

3.Interested bidders shalll submit the follwing evidence 

-The biddders shall have a certificate of competency Category GC-5 or RC-5 and above renwed for the bidding period and other appropriate socumentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance which shall include;

I Trading /Business License renewed for bid period and Commercial Registration Certificate from autorizeedbodies.

II VAT & TAX  payer Identification Certificate issued by the tax authority 

III. Tax Clearance certificate issued from the tax Authority /Inland Revenue Authority/ which allws the bidder to participatate public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission.

IV. Evidence of/Being/ Regsterered  at Ethiopian Publice Procurement and property Adminstration Agency /PPPAA/Supplier list currently.

4. Biddin will be conducted through the National competetiive Bidding /NCB/ procedures and is open to all eligible domestic bidders as sepecifed and defined in the bidding document.

5. Intersted eligibale bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents including a comlete set of Engineering Drawings which in neccessary for bidding purpose at teh address given below at office working  hours Acompletes set of bidding documents prepared in English lenguage  may be purchased by interested biders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500.00 /Five hundred Birr only/ for ech Lot/ different roads construction projects, effective from the first date of announcement up to deadline The method of payment shall be in cash to the HTRDB's Head Office Cashier.

6. Bidders can apply for one r for all or for any number of Lost/project/ from the above listed projectsa and shall submit their bid separatly for each tey are interested to apply for.

7. Bidders shall submit One Orginal and two photocopies for both Technical proposal and financial offer Techincal proposal will be sealed in in such a way that one original and one copy to be saled in one envelop whill the second photocopy will be sealed in other envelop separately and labeled  as one ORGINAL & One PHOTOCOPY' And Second andlabeled respectively then placed in another outer envelop along with bid security as indicated in the above table in an acceptabl from as indicated in bidding document Financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one pohoto copy tobe seald in one envelop whole  document shall be placed in a single wax seald envelop whos outer cover contating all necessary information about the firm & Employyer including project information.

8. The bid shall ne float on air for 21 calander days from the announcement day

9. The Bid shall be closed on 22nd day at 3;30 am /local morning time/ and opened at 4:00 am /local morning time/ in the presence of bidders repreentative who choose to atted at the adderess below on the same date Late bids will be rijected If the cloding day is a holy day it will be postponed to the next dya.

10. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages Qualification Information First and Financial Bids of Qualification information First and  Financial Bids of Qualified bidders next Financial proposal of qualified bidders will be opened at the same addrss give below on the date that is to be declared by the Buteau after complection of the evaluation of techical proposals Unquakified Bidders Financial Proposal will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

11. Harari Transport and Roads Development BUreau reseves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and  reject all bids at any time without thereby incurring any liablity to Bidders.
