ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid business licenses updated copy of TIN and VAT registration certificat.
- Must clearly state physical address of their verification by IMC
- Prices must be quoted in ETB
TENDER DOCUMENT COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION CONDITIONS
1.Only eligible vendor or representatives shall collect the sepecifications with Request for quoation from international Medical corps head offic starting from May,17,2023 till May 23/2023 during working hours morning frome 08:30 AM till 12::30 PM and afternoon from 1;30 PM to 4:30 PM.
2 Tender documents must be submitted to International Medical Corps head office on May 24,2023 durring working hoours mmorning from 10:00AM till12:30 PM and afternoone from 2:00PM to 4:00 PM after registration and siging has been made on thr logbook in Addis Ababa.
3.Tender will be opend by May 25,2025 at 10:00 AM.
4.IMC shall not have accepted tender way document before or afterclosing date and time.
5. International Medical Corps is in no way responsible for the cost of prepation of the quotation ressponse.
6. International Medical Corps reserves the right to riject the bid partially of fully for any reason.
