The Ethiopian Construction Work Corporation (ECWC)hereb invitesregistered eligible bidders for Supply and fixing ofCattle And Poultry Feed Processted Machine Plant for(Rehabilitiaion(Cattle Market )Phase 02 Projrct).

1.Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the fiscal year VAT Registration Certificate Tax Clearance.

2. Bidding document shuld be prepared in English language.

3.Interested Potential Bidders may obtain a co pletete set of bidding document from the office of procurement department aganst payment of none refundable fee of Birr300.00 including vat upon presention of Trade License renewed for the fiscal year VAT Registration Certificat Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate.

4.This invition of bid is opend to all interested in bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and awared shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in bidding document.

5.The deadline for bid Sibmission shall be on JUNE 01/2023 at 10:00 AM

6. Bid must be accompanied with bid Security of Birr 150,000.00 (One Hundred fitity thousand) in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or uncondional Bank gurantee.

7.Bid must be delivered or deposited in the Tender   Box situted at the office of the procurement Departement befor the closing date time.

8.Bid will be openedd on JUNE 01,2023 at 10:30 AM Ethiopian Cinstruction Works Coropation Procurement Department office in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.

9.The Ethiopian Constraction Work Corporation reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
