Oromia Water & Energy Bureau invites interested eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply of Electromechanical equipment for different projects

Invitation to Bids
OWEB/NCB/10/2015

1. Oromia Water & Energy Bureau has secured a budget from the Government for the procurement of Supply of Electromechanical equipment for different projects

2. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate

3. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in Ethiopian birr or not More than 500,000 birrs in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee and must be submitted to the above-mentioned office.

4. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Oromia Water and Energy Bureau, 4th  floor and Tel. +251-11-550-9622 on or before 11:59 AM 09/05/2023 GC. Bids shall be opened at 2:00 PM on 09/05/2023 GC. On the same date in the presence of the bidders representatives at the office of the Bureau's hall 4th floor.

5. A complete bid documents in English can be purchased from the above-mentioned office up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 600 (Six hundred) by submission of a written application to the address indicated below.

6. Bidders should present renewed license, Registration certificate issued from the authorized Ministry, Taxpayer certificate, Registration card For VAT & TIN together & copy of ID card.

7. Oromia Water & Energy Bureau reserves the right to reject bids partially or fully.
