Digital Opportunity Trust Ethiopia invites all interested bidders to participate in the procurement of Desktop computers

INVITATION FOR BID

Digital Opportunity Trust Ethiopia is a Canadian base international non Governmental organization; the organization invites all interested bidders to participate in the procurement of Desktop computers as indicated in the table appended below.

THE BIDDERS SHOULD:

1. Bidders should submit a photocopy of the renewal license, VAT registration, TIN certificate, and current-year tax clearance.
2. The bidders should submit the price of each item with a sealed envelope to our address behind Capital Hotel GMA building 2nd floor.
3. The bidders should give a minimum one-year warranty to each item.
4. The bid remains floating from April 5, 2023, up to April 19, 2023, for 10 working days, and will be closed at 5:00 PM. Opening of the bid will be on April 20, 2023, at 10:30 AM in front of bidders or their legal representatives.
5. All interested bidders must present a 10% (Ten Percent) bank Cash Payment Order (CPO) guarantee of the total given price, this bank CPO will be returned to the winner of this bid immediately after all items are delivered.
6. Bids presented by any bidders after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
7. The winner should deliver the items within 10 days of receiving the order letter.
8. DOT Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
