Notice to Bidders

South Water Works Construction Enterprise here invites qualified and eligible suppliers and manufacturers to provide an offer for the supply of the following items. Supplying all items fully from the stock will be considered as an advantage. (If possible)

A complete bid document may be obtained from Office Room No 17 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 [ Three Hundred Birr only) To deposit commercial bank of Ethiopia in south water works construction enterprise account number 3670/1000013650838 within 20 consecutive days of this announcement. F1-7
Bidders shall include in their bid a currently renewed Trade license and VAT registration certificate.

Bidders also shall include a letter from the tax agency to participate in bidding.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2 % of the total price in the form of Bank certified (CPO) or not less than a 6-month unconditional Back guarantee. The bid security must be packed with wax-sealed Financial Documents. Bidder shall submit financial proposal original & copy separately in wax-sealed envelope and also Technical proposals original & copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope for the above office on the date of September 12,2022 afternoon from 8:30 O'clock up to 11:00 O'clock local time.

The bid will be opened in the presence of an interested bidder or their legal representative on September 13, 2022 morning at 3:30 O'clock local time in Enterprise office No 17. If this day becomes a holiday or weekend, the o in will be the next working day. "All non-technical documents such as recently renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, the later from tax agency to participate in the bidding, tax identification numbers/TIN bid submission sheet and the bid security (CPO) or unconditional bank guaranty must be packed together with the original financial documents separately in wax-sealed envelop"
