Supply, Customization, and Implementation of Biometric Attendance Management System

Invitation to Bid floated on 7th August 2022 as follows:

1. Oromia Insurance S.C now invites eligible bidders for Supply, Customization, and Implementation of the Biometric Attendance Management System

2. Bidders shall submit a local business organization registration certificate or trade license.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be collected by the bidder through an officially delegated person during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (Birr one thousand only) in cash from Oromia Insurance S.C. starting from August 9, 2022, At Address:

4. All bids must be accompanied by an original bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Thousand) in a separate envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.

5. Bid shall be submitted at the address below:

6. The Bid comprising of Technical and Financial Documents must be submitted in separate envelopes one original and one copy each to the address given above on or before 7^th September 2022 2:00 p.m.

7. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes i.e. the Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, and Bid Security, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" both for the "The Technical Proposal", "The Financial Proposal". The Bid Security shall be part of the Technical Proposal but in a separate sealed envelope.

8. Bids shall be closed and opened on 7th September 2022 at 2:00 and 2:30 P.M. respectively

9. Bids shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days after Bid opening.

10. Failure to comply with any of the conditions in the items above shall be subject to automatic rejection.

11. Oromia Insurance S.C reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to alter, amend or cancel this request if deemed to be of the Company's interest, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or bidders
