INVITATION FOR BID

1. Tiks Construction in JV with FAL General Contractor has signed a contract agreement with Ethiopian Roads Administration for the construction works of Mankusa -
   Birsheleko (Defence Camp) - 145 Kebele Design and Build Road project.
2. Pursuant to the signed agreement Tiks Construction in JV with FAL General Contractor now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the implementation of Sub - Contract works on the above-mentioned.
3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: i. Trading License renewed for 2015 EFY, VAT & TIN Registration Certificate; and ii. Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender that, remains valid at the bidding date
4. Bidders shall get the bid documents at our office specified at the address below.
5. The deadline for bid submission is 20th August 2022.
6.  Bidder shall submit two envelopes, the first envelope labeled as "Qualification Information" and the second envelope "Financial Bid" separate sealed and the two envelopes sealed in an outer single envelope "Tender Document". Two copies of technical and financial proposals shall be submitted.
7. Late Bids submitted later than the 20th of August 2022 will not acceptable. The Bid opening date will be notified.
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below.
