INVITATION OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTING DEVICES

1. The United Insurance Company S.C invites eligible qualified and competent Venders to submit a sealed bid document to Supply computing devices. Summary of the equipments are.

2. A complete bidding document can be obtained against payment of the non-refundable amount of Birr 100.00 from the company Head office building located Tewodros Square United Insurance Building 1st-floor Cashier office starting from August 8, 2022, 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM.

3.  Sealed Financial and Technical proposal should be submitted separately with one original and one copy on or before August 23, 2022, at 9.00 AM to the Head office building 9th floor at the HR & Administration office.
4.  Bid shall be opened on August 23, 2022, at 10.00 AM in the presence of Bidders or their representative at the company Head office building 11th-floor meeting room.
5.  The united insurance company SC shall reserve the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
