- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement Proclamation of the government of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligible suppliers.
- Eligible bidders should have valid & renewed trade licenses & VAT certificate
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification from Oromia Region Electric Utility (OEU) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below.

4. A complete set of bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address above and upon payment of the non-refundable fee against payment receipt of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) on CBE Bank Account No. 1000475084245 EEU OROMIA REGION.
5. Bids must be delivered to the above-mentioned address before the closing date and time. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bidders shall be required to submit bid documents one original and one copy sealed envelopes containing (Env.1 technical & bid security) and (Env.2 financial offer.) The two envelopes shall be enclosed inside one big envelope. Both Technical & Financial proposals opened at the same time (its single-stage single envelop system.)
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the above-mentioned address, date, and time.
8. Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document carefully.
9. The Oromia region Electric Utility (OEU) reserves the right to reject all or partial bids without arranging any request.
