For Supply of Medical Supplies

Jhpiego Ethiopia would like to invite all interested local eligible vendors for Medical Supplies, and vendors are required to submit a full or partial price list of medical items.
Interested bidders are required to fulfill the following minimum prequalification criteria

Willing to submit clear copies of renewed business license, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, and current tax clearance certificate |

Have a minimum of three years' work experience with a similar business |

Willing to submit a valid price rate for 30 days after signing of the contract |

Ability to deliver the goods to Jhpiego Ethiopia from stock. |

Dealership certificates or Manufacturer's authorization |

- INQUIRIES: Any questions regarding the bid shall be submitted in writing through the above email address Abebu.Andargie@jhpiego.org.
- Unwritten questions and any verbal responses and/or comments will not be acceptable/ binding.
- Bid will be rejected if not submitted via ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org e-mail address.
- Any document received after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected
- Jhpiego Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel the bid, accept or reject any or all.
