INVITATION FOR OPEN RE-BID

(Ref No.TISC/HRPA/002/2022)

Tsehay Insurance S.C. invites all interested and eligible bidders/ Interested vendors, both local and international, for the supply, customization, and Implementation of the Core Insurance system for both headquarters and branches in open tendering that meet the requirements of the company indicated in the request for proposal (RFP) document.

1. The bid document can be obtained from the company at the following address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 2,000.00 (two thousand Birr) or its equivalent in foreign currency at the time of purchasing the bid document from :

2. Bidders can register and obtain bid documents in any one of the following ways:

1. By appearing in person and registering on their own behalf,
2. By registering through a domestic company that acts as a partner
3. Through bidders embassy,

3. Local bidders should submit a renewed license, VAT registration, TIN certificate, and current year tax clearance.

4. International bidders are required to submit an authorized license or certificate that certifies the bidder to transact the subject matter of the bid from the country of origin.

5. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ETB 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand) or it's equivalent in USD in one of the following forms:

1. CPO;
2. Bank guarantee;
3. The bid bond is issued by a well-known foreign bank and confirmed through a recognized domestic bank in Ethiopia and the bidder should inform Tsehay Insurance S.C by e-mail to collect the bid bond before the closing date.

5. The bid remains floating from July 31, 2022, to September 13, 2022, and will be closed on September 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 2:30 PM at the Company's Meeting room, Bole Bridge, In front of Brass Hospital, Tsehay Insurance S.C 1st Floor.

6. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.

7. Sealed bids marked as "Tender for the supply, customization, and Implementation of Core Insurance system" original and copy in separate three sealed envelopes marked as General Proposal, Technical Proposal, and Financial Proposals, sealed in one big envelope must be delivered to the address specified below and submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before September 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

8. Tsehay Insurance S.C reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
