INVITATION TO TENDER FOR RENTING COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to rent an office building and hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender by the Service Details, Instruction to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions.

Interested Applicant may obtain the required Tender Documents, including detailed technical evaluation criteria for the aforementioned activity from Save the Children – Country Office at Addis Ababa from 1ST of August 2022 to the 21st of August 2022 between 8:30 – 11:50 A.M and 1:00 PM – 4:30 P.M hours from the following address:

• RENTING OF COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:

• Eligibility Documents – Valid Business License (E.C. 2014), VAT &, Tax Payers’ Certificate
• Bid Security in the name of “Save the Children International” amounting to ETB 50,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for at least 2 months starting from the date of tender submission must be in a separate envelop on the Original Technical. (Cash and insurance bonds are not accepted) and should be presented in a separate envelope.
• Company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches, structure, resources…etc.
• Evidence of bidders’ financial capacity in the form of the Audit report.
• Evidence of past satisfactory performance on the provision of similar supplies.
• A Filled SCI Price Schedule (Financial Offer).
• Declaration of acceptance to SCI’s statement of requirement, terms/conditions, and policies

Tenders must be submitted in four (4) sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder’s official seal, and marked Technical “Original & Copy’’ and Financial ‘’Original & Copy’’ must include the bidders’ name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title and Tender reference number.

Tenders must be submitted only at Save the Children, Ethiopia Country Office on August 22, 2022, on or before 2: 00 PM,

Save the Children Tender Committee will open tender responses on August 22, 2022, at 2:30 P.M at its discretion due to COVID-19 Situations.

Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid.
