All local and international suppliers who have renewed trade Licenses and valid registration certificates from the concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the competition and advised to purchase water schemes maintenance Materials:
- Purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee birr 100 to ERCS Oromia National Regional Branch Tel 011 440 5983 located Saris –Adey Abeba /Finfine/
- Opening ceremony and submitting bid only at ERCS Oromia Regional Branch office
- Obtain further information from the address mentioned above
- Bid will be closed on the 15th calendar day of the announcement of this bid in the newspaper afternoon at 2:00 pm and open on the same date at 2:Oromia ERCS oromia Regional Branch office and if the date is a holiday on the next working day morning at 10:00 am.
- Provide 2% of offered contract price bid security in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee addressed to the above-mentioned office valid for thirty calendar days or as mentioned in the bid document. ERCS, Oromia National Regional Branch has the right to reject any or all bids.
