Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Development Bureau invites interested eligible bidders for the supply of Surface Centrifugal Water Pumps

1. Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Development Bureau have secured a budget from the AGP-II (Agricultural growth program-II) for the supply of 180 Portable Surface centrifugal water pumps for Micro household irrigation Technology for resource-poor farmers found at different AGP-II Woredas of Oromia National Regional State that already imported to inland and available at the stock.

2. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in the Bids for the supply of the aforementioned Surface Centrifugal Water Pumps.

3. The Suppliers are invited to submit their sealed Financial and Technical proposal (Original & copy) document as further clarified in the bidding document for the execution & completion of the cited contract.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two hundred) in cash & come up with eligibilities:

A. Trade/Business License

B. Valid Tax Clearance

C. Tin Registration Certificate

D. Vat Registration Certificate

E. EPPPA website supplier list registration printed copy

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Irrigation Project Implementation Support Team (IPIST) of the Agricultural Growth Program (AGP) located at ADAMS PAVILION Building 5th floor.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 A.M. on August 25, 2022 Electronic Bidding will not be permitted and Late Bids will be rejected.

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at Oromia Irrigation & Pastoralist Development Bureau 7th floor Meeting Hall at 10:30 A.M on August 25, 2022.

8. All bids must be accompanied by Bid security of 100,000 ETB in the form of (a CPO) or Bank Guarantee.

9. The Bureau reserved the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids.
