Women and pastoralist Youth Development Organization (Wa-PYDO) is local NGO, who's main office is based at Dollo Addo has is currently implementing project titled Enhancing livelihood initiative through livestock and Agriculture enterprise project (ELIT-LAEP) as project is supporting agricultural crop production, in every session, land ploughing for onion production in large scale benefiting refugee and host community as commercial cropping, farm tractor is used for ploughing, harrowing, however due to long serving of the available 'ractor, is was very cost to continually use the rental tractor.

For easy management and effective usage of the available tractors, the organization (Wa-PYDO) in close collaboration with RRS and UNHCR, farm mechanization cooperative was establishment at Heleweyn, their main responsibility is maintaining, managing and rehabilitating all farm equipment's facilitating land ploughing. In addition to the existing equipment, one farm tractor will be procured. Wa-PYDO would like to invite eligible and experienced distributers/ suppliers for the supply of Farm Tractor and Ploughing Disc. Eligible suppliers can collect RFP, Bid direction from Wa-PYDO Procurement Unit through the address shown below by delivering credential renewed license during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), starting from July 13th, 2022 to July 29, 2022. Kindly be informed that every Friday our office will be closed at 2:00PM (8:00 Local time).

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for Technical and Financial proposals separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates.

All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:30 PM on 30th July 2022.

Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by Wa-PYDO Procurement Committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on the Wa-PYDO notice board and will be communicated to the bidders upon the completion of the technical evaluation.

The Bidder is required to submit a bid bond of 1% of the total quoted price including VAT in a separate sealed Envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee with the name "Wa-PY DO". WaPYDO reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
