Oromia Forest & Wildlife Enterprise (OFWE) invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the G+4 Mixed-Use Building

INVITATION TO BID TO ALL CONTRACTORS OF CATEGORY BC-4/GC-5 & ABOVE

National Competitive Bid for Construction of G+4 Mixed-Use Building

Bid no: OFWE- 17/2014

Oromia Forest & Wildlife Enterprise (OFWE) has allocated a budget for the Construction of G+4 Mixed-Use Building to be constructed in Bale Zone, Goba Town, which is about 442km far away from Addis Ababa.

OFWE, now, invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders who are interested and capable of allocating sufficient funds/resources/ for the construction of the above-mentioned Project (G+4 Mixed-Use Building) to be completed within a maximum of 365 calendar days.

Therefore:-

1. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in 'The Ethiopian Herald' up on payment of the non-refundable fee of birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) during working hours from our Head Office, 4th floor, Office No.401, located in Arada Sub-City, Woreda 07, around Kebena Oilbiya fuel station.
2. Bidders should submit renewed & valid license for 2014 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration certificate, Certificate of Competent from the Ministry of Construction & Urban Development, and tax clearance from Oromia Revenue Bureau.
3.  All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to birr 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee issued by a recognized domestic bank in Ethiopia.
4. Bidders should submit separately wax-sealed technical and financial bid documents in its original and copy duly marking as 'Original' and 'Copy'. The copy should be a photocopy of the original bid document and must be sealed and marked in the same manner as the original bid document. All separately sealed original and copy document, CPO and other supporting documents must be resealed & submitted in one big envelope.
5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and it's open to all eligible bidders.
6. Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE's Head Office 4th floor, Office No. 401 on/ or before July 26, 2022 (ሀምሌ 19 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም) 10:00 AM and the bid will be opened at 10:30 AM. the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date
7. The Financial proposal of the technically responsive offers of the bidders will be opened after the announcement of the results of technical analysis results on the notice board and the offer shall remain valid for 120 days.
8. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from our Head office (Office No.8).
9. The organization/OFWE has reserved the right to accept or reject this bid partially or fully.
