BID ANNOUNCMENT

Adami tullu Jido Kombolcha woreda Finance office in 2014 budget year wants' to upgrade Dambi bid. Naga small scale irrigation by "GCF' project by open BID

1. Oromia/East shoa Zone/Adami Tulluu worada has secured budget from "GCF' to cover eligible payment 3) under the contract of the construction of civil works, pipes and Fittings, Electromechanical (Pump and transformer) supply and Installation for upgrading of dambi Naga small scale irrigation project Sources located in East Showa zone AATJK Woreda Dodicha Kebele. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders having a construction license of GC-6 and above OR WWC 4 have renewed in 2014 E.C/2022 G.0 trading license.
2. Registered at Ministry Of Water, Irrigation and Energy or Ministry of Urban and Construction or Oromia Construction Authority, Oromia Water and energy Resources Development Bureau and also.
3. Registered for VAT & Tax Identification number (TIN) and submit valid tax Clearance certificate from revenues authority.
4. More over, to be eligible for this bid, a bidder should be non black listed and non track record of termination of projects with the public body at regional or zonal offices.
5. East Showa Zone ATJK Werada Irrigation Development Office (ESHAATKWIDO), acting as contracting authority for the project ,invites eligible bidders for the construction of Civil Works, supply and installation of pipes and fittings as well as pump and transformer) to the project site which general description for each Project is provided in the table below.

Bidding documents can be purchased from Adami Tullu woreda Finance office, Batu town, (ETB) 500.00),E2tch Bidder can purchase one Bid document only.

6) Bid shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days

7) CPO (Certified payment order) 120,000.00 only from Bank.

8) The bid should be submitted in four wax sealed documents properly marking the inner envelopes as Technical "ORIGINAL" and One "COPY", Financial "ORIGINAL" and One "COPY" each of them sealed 'separately and then the ORIGINAL and COPY of technical document sealed in One Envelope while the ORIGINAL and COPY of Financial document similarly sealed in another One Envelope: These two wax sealed envelopes are then sealed in one wax sealed Main Envelope. The Bid Security (CPO) in its own envelope should be submitted in the Technical Original document.

9) The bid shall be on air for 21 Working days calendar.

10) From the date of this bid announcement, willing bidders can buy bidding document.

11) The bid should be submitted to Adami tullu Finance office, On 12/11/2014 before 8:00 PM Closed at local time E.C just on the 12/11/2014nd day, at 8:30 PM, if the 22/11/2014nd day will not be on the working day, it shall be on the next working days from bid announcement date and will be opened on the same day at 8:30 PM in the presence of bidders or legal representatives who choose to attend the bid.

12) Completion time for supply and installation of pipes and Fittings, pump and Transformer and construction of civil works of each project shall be four Months or 120 days calendar for all activities in the contract from the date of signing the agreement.

13) A bidder who fails to comply with conditions indicated under criteria number 1-11 above will not be registered for the Bid.

14) The Office Reserves the right to reject all bids or partially.
