1. Engineering Corporation of Oromia has secured a budget for the procurement of Different Sizes of Tires.

2. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid for the supply of the aforementioned Different sizes of Tires.

3. Interested Bidders have to fulfill the procurement guidelines and shall submit a copy of:

4.A. renewed Trade/Business Licence

B. Tax Clearance

C. Tin Certificate

D.VAT Certificate

5. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the total bid price including VAT in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO and must be submitted to the above-mentioned Office.

6. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Engineering Corporation of Oromia, 3rd floor on or before July 14, 2022, at 10:00 AM. A bid shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM at ECO Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.

7. Complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of the non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 from the address indicated below.

8. Bidders should present renewed license certificate issued from the concerned body & Registration VAT & TIN together with written clearance.

9. ECO reserved the right to reject all or part of bids.
