World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs.

World Vision’s work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society, and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite highly experienced Insurance Service providers for the Provision of Life Insurance for 1400+ employees and for newly hired staff  

Eligible vendors may collect the Request for proposal (RFP) document from WVE Procurement Unit with the address shown below through presenting credentials during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM), From June 27, 2022, to July 11, 2022. The bidding document (RFP) will be distributed to the bidders through the e-mail address given to the unit.

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” for Technical and Financial proposals separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer’s Registration, Renewed Tax clearance certificates, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose at 12:00 AM (06:00 Local time) on July 12, 2022.

Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders upon the completion of the technical evaluation. The pass mark for technical evaluation is 70%.

The Bidder is required to submit a bid bond of 1% of the total quoted price including VAT in a separate sealed Envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee with the name “World Vision Ethiopia”.

World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
