The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1956 that fulfills its mandate by providing direct assistance to conflict-affected populations - refugees, internally displaced people (IDPs), and host communities in the conflict areas of the world.

The Danish Refugee Council in Ethiopia intends to contract suppliers for the below-listed categories. Therefore, interested and eligible suppliers can request, the tender dossier and instructions to suppliers physically (in person) from Danish Refugee Council Office Address: Addis Ababa Bole sub City, Woreda 03, House No:3001, Behind sapphire Hotel, Bole Road, Street No:636, Focal contact person-+251 91 745 8320/+251 91 307 6454.

by attaching a copy of a valid or renewed business license, during working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Starting from June 25, 2022, to July 08, 2022.

NB: Please indicate the bid reference number in your technical and financial document subject while requesting.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

• The BID FWA number shall be inserted in the Subject Heading of the technical and financial document;
• Separate Documents shall be used for the 'Financial Bid' and 'Technical Bid.
• Bidders MUST provide valid or renewed business licenses, a copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate;
• Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered;
• Currency should be in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) no other currencies are acceptable
• Further Instructions on submission are provided on the tender dossier;
• Separate technical and financial bid documents must be submitted only by the dedicated date on or before 10:00 am on the 8th of July 2022.
