Fana Broadcasting Corporate S.C invites interested and international bidders for the supply of Firewall, routers. Access Switches Servers and WiFi Access Point. The system should be a complete package with a turnkey solution and all required Systems designed for Firewall, Router, Access Switches, Servers, and WiFi Access Points.

However partial participation per lot is allowed.

1. Firewall, Router, Access Switches, Servers, and WiFi Access Point shall support all and latest industry standards. The bidder shall supply the listed equipments with respected Industrial certificate vouchers.
2. The bidders shall be manufacturers or authorized from vendors of Firewall, Routers, Access Switches, Servers, and WiFi Access Point with known international experience of at least 5 years. The bidder shall submit international certification documents and shall fill all European and American standards for the equipment manufacturer of the industry.
3. The bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical and financial proposal.
4. Photocopy of renewed license, eligibility documents, and performance certificates should be submitted within the envelope of the technical proposal.
5. Bidders can obtain bid documents from Fana Broadcasting Corporate S.C, Addis Ababa main office before or/on 25 consecutive days of the first-day announcement of newspaper, 2022 during office hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr only).
6. Sealed bids marked as "for the supply of Firewall, Router, Access Switches, Servers, and WiFi Access Point to Fana Broadcasting Corporate S.C" and addressed to Fana Broadcasting Corporate S.C Tel. +251-11-5516777 P.O.Box 30702 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
7. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a certified cheque CPO or bank guarantee.
8. Bids will be delivered at Fana Broadcasting Corporate S.C Addis Ababa main office, on first-floor office room No. 102 Before or on 45 consecutive days of the first-day announcement on newspaper, 2022 until 4:00 P.M, and bidders should provide one original and two copies of technical and financial documents. Bids delivered after the closing time will be automatically rejected
9. The technical proposal of bids delivered in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on 46th consecutive day of the first date announcement on newspaper, 2022 at 9:00 A.M at head office, Addis Ababa. The financial proposal of bidders will be sealed at the presence of interested bidders. The financial proposal of bidders will be opened after the technical evaluation is completed on the date announced by letter to the bidders in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
10. The organization reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid
