Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for the Design, Fabrication, Transportation & Installation of a Canopy for the Kality Land Transport Branch Office upon fulfilling the following terms and conditions:
1. Renewed and relevant trade licenses certificate
2. Renewed and relevant trade licenses registration certificate
3. VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority
4. Valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority
5. Tin number registration certificate
6. Supplier list registration certificate registered on the website of EPDRF Procurement Agency
7. Bidders must obtain registration for Category Metal Work Contractor/ or Electromechanical Grade 5 and above with a valid license for the 2014 E.C.
8. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services enterprise which is located on a new building on the 3rd floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr only) during office hours starting from the first date of this announcement in the newspaper
9. Bid document shall be accompanied with a bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price but not greater than birr 500,000.00 in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with a technical proposal in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid for at least 73 days after bid opening.
10. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender box for the above address on the 10th floor on or before July 19, 2022, at 2:00 pm (afternoon) and it shall be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm (afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
11. Late bids shall not be accepted and returned before opening.
12. Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise reserve the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
